Badge Application
Have you applied for your badges yet? If not, please submit your application through our Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your login ID and password, please email us: jgfservice-hk@informa.com
Exhibitor badge will not be issued if Form A has not been completed.
Each company can only apply for a maximum of 3 badges on-site. Each badge will be charged HKD100.
Badge Collection
1) Advance Badge Collection
Date: Aug 19 – 21, 2020
Time: From 10:00 to 17:30 (Open during lunch hour)
Pick up point: Rm S425, Level 4, HKCEC, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai
2) On-site Collection
If the booth is located at HKCEC, please collect the badges at HKCEC Expo Drive Entrance Exhibitor Badge Collection Counters on Sept 14 from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
If the booth is located at AWE, please collect the badges at AWE G/F East Lobby Exhibitor Badge Collection Counters on Sept 12 from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Please provide the following items:
